Ok I finally got a video together on the T68 CQB.

Just so everyone knows on the first shooting with the target present I was using my new scope which I did NOT line up yet so that is why the balls are hitting to the right. On the second set I used the Iron Sights and as you can see it is a nice grouping. This gun is very accurate, we shot at a bucket hanging from a tree and hit it 5 out 5 times (The center mass of paint on the bucket) while with the Tippmann 98C w/ Flatline (In Video) hit it 2-3 out of 5 times. The T68 is more accurate but I would have to say the Flatline still shoots further. We shot them right next to each other but you can't see the balls in the video so I didn't add it. The Flatline still shoots in an arc like a golf ball while the T68 shoots very straight. I wanted to show more but needed to cut it down so I may make another video showing some different aspects next weekend when we go out. Let me know what you think.

What kind of camera/video recorder did you use to make the video?

I used my parent's JVC digital video recorder and my Kodak Digital Camera for the head shot because it fit behind the mask on the tree. We didn't have a stand so its not exactly steady so sorry about that. I have a Hauppage WinTV card that I used to record the video from the camera onto my computer and then used Roxio to edit the video so it went through two programs to get where it is now.

With the scope on I had to use a standard hopper just barely in because the Extreme Rage hopper doesn't fit. My step-dad's friend is going to make me a metal tube to raise it up so I can use the Electronic Hopper. He already made me a thumb screw for the stock so I don't need an allen wrench.

I really can't wait for the magazines that will be sweet especially with 30 rounds.  Grin Is there going to be a cap we can get for the hopper tube?

I think the first set was around 50 feet and the headshot was close to 100 feet. We really didn't get a chance to measure it out. For a visual if you are looking down the iron sights the mask was the size, or fully fitted right inside the front sight. It was a very small target but the paint went exactly where I aimed.

Next video I'll do a better headshot without the sun glare and we plan to try different balls so you can actually see it coming so I'll have my friend edit that part in slow motion to make it look cooler. I am going to try and get some different aspects since this coming Saturday we have the whole day. So let me know what else anyone would like to see and I'll try and make it happen.

Mental Note cover the camera with a towel because the splatter nailed the top of my camera.  Doh!

For your next video try n shoot some cans off a ledge from 50 , 60, 70, 80, 90, 100 feet away. I think that should be a true test of accuracy lol.

Maybe even get that flatline to shoot at the same targets, see which one is on the money.

Excellent video!!  I’ve been out of town until tonight and first thing I did, after walking in my door, was download your video.  I love that headshot cam.  That looked like it was your first trigger pull, was it?  The mask added a good effect, I thought only of a large sheet of plexi glass.  I look forward to more off your videos.
I like the idea of the cans at different distances that Fiend suggested.  You could make a little game out of it.  Have your friends with there markers try and shoot off more than you with one shot per can.  You might make them mad and they’ll come back to the next game with T68’s lol.
As far as the flatline shooting 25 feet further, I kinda expected that.  I was hoping that it wouldn’t that big a difference, but who was I kidding.  You should get some exact measurements next time.  I’m always with the technicalities  Wink
“Is there going to be a cap we can get for the hopper tube?”   Does this mean the hopper tube doesn’t come off the gun when used with mags?!?!?!  I’ve asked people before but haven’t got any responses.

BTW, Is there an actual release date for the mags yet?
